What you’ll do

Become one of the organizations bridging the gap between modern business and sustainability! This online experience aims to demystify the complex language of sustainability for you and your team.

Have you ever had to ask yourself what “CO2e” is? The difference between net zero and carbon neutral? And what does “COP” have to do with it? Learn these and more with a mixture of informational and interactive exercises!

  • Presentation About the Climate and Ecological Crisis (10 minutes)
  • Opening: Interactive Question (10 minutes)
  • Presentation on Key Jargon and the Language of Sustainability (20 minutes)

This nonprofit creates sustainable places for people to live, work, and do business by connecting with different organizational partners from all over the world. They offer professional consultancy for environment building, support grant-funded projects, and train other organizations to run their own sustainability programs using the One Planet Living framework. Based in the UK’s first eco-village, this nonprofit’s headquarters can be found in BedZED in South London, which it helped design and build. The organization has an Observer Status Accreditation from the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA) of the United Nations Environment Programme.
